Born in the heart of sunny Salento, PRIMISSIMO is much more than a wine: it’s the expression of a passion, a rare terroir, and a committed vision. Made from the emblematic Negro amaro grape variety, this 2021 vintage seduces with its deep red color with violet highlights, its nose with rich aromas of cherry, fig, nutmeg and vanilla, and its silky, spicy palate of great finesse. Aged for six months in new French oak barrels and certified organic, PRIMISSIMO reflects the perfect alliance between respect for nature and oenological excellence.
